This promotion is organised by the company defined in the Terms and Conditions of use applicable to an Eligible Player and their Website account (the “Promoter”).

Promotional Period

1. The Live Trivia Game promotion will run daily at 22:00 (CEST) from 30.03. 2023 until 08.04.2023 (the "Promotional Period").
2. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
3. By taking part in this promotion, you hereby agree to these Specific Promotional Terms and Conditions and to our Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions.

Who can claim this promotion

4. Players must:
   1. be over 18 years old (19 years old for Canada);
   2. have made a minimum of 1 deposit in their casino.partypoker.com (“Website”) account;
   3. be able to see the promotion in the ‘Offers’ section of their Website account during the Promotional Period; and
   4. be eligible to receive Website promotions,

(an “Eligible Player”).

5. This promotion is a Playtech Network promotion offered across various operators with potential winners across the participating operators.

How to participate in this promotion

6. To participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Player must:
   1. log into their Website account;
   2. access the Live Trivia Game Show from the Game Shows tab on the Website; and
   3. answer questions presented in the “Game”.
7. During the Promotional Period, Eligible Players will have a chance to win a share of at least $4,000 in cash per Game.
8. The Game is free to play and does not require any funds in the Eligible Player’s Website account. The Game can be accessed using either a desktop or mobile platform.
9. The Game will play daily during the Promotional Period at 22:00 (CEST).
10. Each Game will be presented by a live host and consist of a series of multiple-choice questions/statements, each with two possible answers – true or false.
11. The questions and the order of the questions for each Game are exactly the same for all players.
12. Eligible Players who answer the question correctly within the 10-second limit will get 100 points, with the rest getting 0 points for the relevant question.
13. No one is eliminated from the Game at any stage of the game.
14. Eligible Players who answer at least 7 out of 10 questions correctly and thus score at least 700 points are the winners of the relevant Game and will receive an equal share of the prize pool.
15. The prize pool for each Game will be at least $4,000 in cash with a grand total of $40,000 in cash to be won during the entire Promotional Period. In the event that none of the players win the Game, the prize pool will roll over and be added to the shared prize pool in the subsequent Game.
16. Eligible Players can join the Game and participate for the entire duration of the relevant game session - even if the game session has reached its last question. Prior to the beginning of each game session the live host shall communicate to the players basic rules of the Game. Each game session length duration is approximately 15 minutes.
17. Questions are asked one by one with approximately 30-second pause between them. The number of questions for each game session shall be communicated to the players prior to the start of the Game.
18. During the Game, players can use the chat option to communicate with other players. The live host may see the chat and use it to refer to particular queries in his/her sole discretion.
19. The answers and questions as well as the sequence in which they appear are provided by an independent third-party supplier, Alphabet Media Ltd, (Trading as The Question Co) (the “Third Party Supplier”). The Promoter does not bear any responsibility, and shall not be liable, for the outcome of the Game as a result of incorrect answers supplied by the Third-Party Supplier.
20. In case of any technical problems that may affect the regular game flow, the Game may be postponed or canceled. Technical problems in the middle of the series of questions do not void the Game unless stated otherwise during the Game.

Cash Prizes Specific Conditions: 

21. All prizes will be paid in cash and credited to an Eligible Player’s Website account within 72 hours of winning.
22. All prizes will appear in USD ($). The winning players will be paid their share of the prize pool according to the currency of their account, in accordance with the exchange rate applicable on the day of payment. The Promoter bears no responsibility for the applicable exchange rates or conversion rates.

General:

23. Where the Promoter suspects that a winning player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
24. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, discontinue or terminate the promotion if required for Legal and regulatory reasons, including where necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful behaviour.
25. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from our offers or promotions under the General Website Terms & Conditions.
26. The Promotor may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations. This could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in. The Promotor will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect a player’s ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
27. In the event of any error or system failure, or any error in the crediting of funds, winnings, or bonuses to an Eligible Player’s Website account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to correct the error and withhold funds or winnings resulting from such error in accordance with its General Terms and Conditions.
