These Promotion Terms & Conditions apply to this Slot Tournaments promotion (the “Promotion”). These must be read along with our General Terms and Conditions, which can be found HERE and the Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions, which can be found HERE.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

1. The Promotion is available to Eligible Players (defined below) daily from 08.03.24 until further notice.

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION

2. This Promotion is available to customers of partypoker.com (the “Website”) who:
   1. have a verified Website account;
   2. are over 18 years old; and
   3. resident in the UK or Republic of Ireland.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION

3. To participate in this Promotion an Eligible Player must:
   1. access the Slot Tournaments Lobby;
   2. opt in (once per Slot Tournament);
   3. launch the Tournament Game from the Slot Tournaments Lobby; and
   4. play the allocated Tournament Spins (defined below) in the Slot Tournament within the Tournament Duration (defined below).
4. The opt in period for each Slot Tournament will open as soon as the tournament is visible to players on the Slot Tournaments Lobby and close 10 minutes before the end of the Tournament Duration. Times and Tournament Durations can be viewed on the Slot Tournaments Lobby.
5. Eligible Players that enter a Slot Tournament will all have an equal amount of Tournament Spins.
6. Eligible Players will collect points from the Tournament Spins and will be entered on the leaderboard based on the number of points they have collected.
7. Eligible Players who, at the end of the Slot Tournament, rank on the leaderboard will receive a reward.

SLOT TOURNAMENT MECHANICS

8. There will be several Slot Tournaments held during the Promotional Period in the Slot Tournaments Lobby.
9. Each Slot Tournament will detail the following:
   1. “Tournament Game” - the specific slots game(s) which can be played as part of that Slot Tournament;
   2. “Min Bet Amount” – the minimum stake that Eligible Players must bet per spin. Any spins made with stakes lower than the Min Bet Amount will not collect points.
   3. “Maximum Spin Limit” - the maximum number of spins that an Eligible Player may make during that Slot Tournament that may collect points. Any spins made after the Maximum Spin Limit is reached will not collect points and will automatically stop the Eligible Player’s score from increasing; and
   4. “Tournament Duration” - a pre-defined time limit for which each Slot Tournament will last. Only stakes made during the Tournament Duration may accumulate points.
10. Each Tournament Spin displays a stake value of €1.00. This is solely a token and has no value either cash or otherwise.
11. A winning outcome of any Tournament Spin will display winnings; they are for visual purposes only to show a ‘win’ for the purpose of collecting points. Any winnings displayed hold no value either as cash or otherwise.
12. Eligible Players must play through the Tournament Spins to collect points to obtain a ranking on the leaderboard.
13. Only Tournament Spins played within the Tournament Duration will accumulate points.
14. The outcome of each Tournament Spin will determine the number of points collected by the Eligible Player.
15. Points will be awarded as detailed on the table below:

16. The Tournament Game will display to the Eligible Player, in real time, the number of points collected, plus the Eligible Player’s ranking on the leaderboard. The leaderboard and Eligible Players’ rankings are only finalised at the end of the Slot Tournament once the Tournament Duration has elapsed.
17. An Eligible Player can return to real money play at any time by clicking on the ‘Play for Real’ button. Real money bets will not contribute to the Slot Tournament.
18. If the Eligible Player leaves or is disconnected from the Slot Tournament, the Eligible Player will be able to resume play by re-entering from the Slot Tournament Lobby to continue to use their remaining Tournament Spins, as long as the Tournament Duration has not ended.
19. If the Slot Tournament finishes while an Eligible Player is in-game, they will be notified via an in-game message.
20. If Eligible Players are in the middle of an unfinished Tournament Spin once the Tournament Duration has ended, the Tournament Spin will complete but will not collect points.
21. If an Eligible Player does not use all the Tournament Spins within the Tournament Duration, the remaining Tournament Spins will be forfeited.
22. Eligible Players could hit a ‘bonus round’ or a ‘free spin round’ while using their Tournament Spins. If the Eligible Player has not used all their Tournament Spins, including the bonus rounds or free spin rounds within the Tournament Duration, no points will be collected for the Slot Tournament.
23. The leaderboard will reset after each Slot Tournament.
24. At the end of each Slot Tournament, Eligible Players who have gained a ranking in the leaderboard will receive a reward. Ranking positions that will be paid out per Slot Tournament will be detailed in the Slot Tournaments Lobby.
25. Rewards are Free Spins. Details of the rewards will be displayed on the Slot Tournaments Lobby.
26. The Tournament Games Schedule can be found on the Slot Tournaments Lobby.

REWARDS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

27. Eligible Players that are still in-game (whether real or free mode) will receive a pop-up at the end of the Tournament Duration confirming their ranking on the leaderboard.
28. If the Eligible Player is not in-game when the Slot Tournament finishes, they will need to return to the Slot Tournaments Lobby and check the ‘See Your Results’ section, to confirm their leaderboard ranking.
29. Winning Eligible Players will receive an inbox message at the end of the Slot Tournament giving full details of the number and value of their reward. The number of Free Spins which can be won in a Slot Tournament will be displayed in the Slot Tournaments Lobby.
30. Rewards will be credited to Eligible Players’ Website accounts automatically, within an hour of the Slot Tournament ending. In the event of any technical difficulties, the rewards will be credited within 72 hours of the Slot Tournament ending.
31. The rewards are Free Spins.
32. The Free spins won can only be played on the same game played during the winning Slot Tournament.
33. The Free Spins won must be used by an Eligible Player within 24 hours from the day they are credited to their Website account, otherwise they will expire and will not be re-issued.
34. Any winnings obtained from the Free Spins will be credited to the Eligible Player’s Website account in cash. There are no wagering requirements attached to the winnings obtained from the free spins.
35. There is no cash alternative to the Free Spins.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

36. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations. This could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect a player’s ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
37. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, discontinue or terminate the promotion if required for legal and regulatory reasons.
38. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from our offers or promotions under the General Terms and Conditions.
39. In the event of any error or system failure, or any error in the crediting of rewards to an Eligible Player’s Website account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to correct the error and withhold rewards resulting from such error in accordance with its General Terms and Conditions.
