3. By taking part in this promotion, you hereby agree to these Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions.
4. Players must:

Mechanics:

1. To participate in this promotion, Eligible Players must Opt-in to the promotion in the Offers section of their account.
2. In order to participate in this promotion, an Eligible Player (as defined above) must place an Eligible Bet (as defined below) during the Promotional Period (as defined above).
3. Eligible Players must place real-money bets on any casino games Games (the “Selected Games”) during the Promotional Period (an “Eligible Bet”). Should you opt in to the promotion via any of the brands PartyCasino or PartyPoker, any accumulated points on the eligible games will be counted and split once the leader board concludes and rewards will not be granted.
4. Bets placed using bonuses will not count towards this promotion.
5. If an Eligible Player places an Eligible Bet, the Eligible Player shall gain points (the “Promotional Points”) and shall be placed in the Leaderboard to win one of the prizes (the “Prize”) as set out in the Table
6. Eligible Players who gain the most Promotional Points and rank in the top 50 at the end of the Promotional Period shall be eligible to win a Prize.
7. Promotional Points shall be gained as set out in the below Promotion Points Table.

1. Only Eligible Bets placed on the Eligible Games during the Promotional Period will gain Promotional Points and count towards the Leaderboard.
2. In the event that more than one Eligible Player gains the same number of Promotional Points on the Leaderboard (a “Tie”), the Prizes shall be added together and shall be split equally between the Eligible Players in the Tie.
3. Eligible Players shall be able to view the number of Promotional Points they have accumulated for the Leaderboard by viewing the promotion within the “Offers” section of their account.
4. An Eligible Player shall only be entitled to win one (1) Prize during the Promotional Period, regardless of the number of accounts that player holds.
5. The Prizes will be awarded within 72 hours after the Promotional Period ends
6. Prizes are awarded as either:
1. Events tickets.
2. Bonus
3. Free spins
7. Prizes are paid in the following Currencies $/€ equivalent to 1:1 and other currency will be converted to your relevant local currency (if applicable) at the Casino's rates prevailing at that time.
8. The bonus will be available to claim in the casino bonus section of the Eligible Player’s account for 72 hours. Failure to claim the Bonus in this time will result in the bonus expiring.

Leaderboard Prizes Specific Conditions

Event Ticket

1. Hospitality package includes a 2-nights stay in a 5* Hotel for two people with breakfast included, Montreal Live Freeroll Roulette Tournament event attendance, a 4 course dinner and other hospitality activities – full details to be provided to eventual winners shortly after the Leaderboard is finished;
2. Winners are required to confirm attendance within 48 hours
3. Dates for the Hospitality package are fixed – 17th to 19th November 2023 - in case of inability to attend, the prize will be offered to the next finishing position in the leaderboard.
4. The Hospitality package is non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered
5. An additional up to $800 travel allowance is offered, and credited to player’s account upon provision of receipts

Non Deposit Casino Free Spins Specific Conditions

1. Free Spins are only valid on the games listed in the Free Spin section in each Eligible Player’s account.
2. To use, Eligible Players must click on and activate the Free Spins credited within 24 hours from the date the Free Spins are credited to their player account.
3. Free Spins have a value of $0.50 per spin.
4. Any funds won using the Free Spins (the “Free SpinsWinnings”) will be credited as a withdrawal restricted bonus.
5. Free Spin winnings shall be forfeited and removed from an Eligible Player’s account if that Eligible Player does not use all credited Free Spins within the Time Limit (as defined below).

Non Deposit Casino Bonus Specific Conditions

1. Withdrawal restricted Bonus funds shall be available to play with but cannot be withdrawn until the Wagering Requirements (specified below) are met.
2. The Wagering Requirements for this Bonus are as follows:
1. This Bonus amount needs to be wagered 25 times before any winnings can be withdrawn.
2. Not all games will contribute towards the Bonus wagering requirements. Please click here for a list of all casino restricted games. The Requirements must be met within 3 days from the date the Free Spin winnings are credited to the Eligible Player’s account (the ‘Time Limit’).
3. The Eligible Player shall lose the Bonus amount and any winnings if the Requirements are not met within the Time Limit.

General:

1. The Promoter reserves the right to restrict certain types of wagering from contributing to wagering requirements and to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings for irregular or abusive play. Irregular or abusive play includes, but is not limited to, any one or more of the following types of play:
   
   1. Decreasing your stake amount by 60% or more after a large win for the purpose of clearing wagering requirements while a bonus is still active. E.g. Winning £100 on any spin including a double up and reducing your stake amount to $50 or less.
   2. Moving from a low weighted game (25% or less) to a high weighted game (70% or more) after large wins for the purpose of clearing wagering requirements. 3. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.

5. In the event of any error or system failure, or any error in the crediting of funds, winnings, or bonuses to an Eligible Player’s Website account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to correct the error and withhold funds or winnings resulting from such error in accordance with its General Terms and Conditions.
6.
