Promotion Period

1. The “Cheltenham Festival” promotion will run every day from 16:00 to 02:00 GMT (the “Promotional Hours”) from 09^th of March 2023 until 18^th March 2023 (the "Promotional Period").

How to participate in this promotion

6. To participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Player must:
   1. log into their Website account;
   2. join the Jet Set Racing Roulette table during the Promotional Hours
   3. place a Qualifying Bet. Higher bets will not increase the Eligible Player’s chances of winning.
7. During the Promotional Hours, 10 bonus rounds will be randomly triggered on the Jet Set Racing Roulette table and Eligible Players will have a chance to win a share of the $500 cash prize available per bonus round.
8. The total prize pool during the entire Promotional Period is $50,000.
9. User interface elements notify Eligible Players that the bonus round is active during the Promotional Hours.
10. The bonus round is randomly triggered 10 times a day during the Promotional Hours and displayed in the user interface.
11. In the bonus round, multiple straight-up betting positions are selected by the RNG system and highlighted in the user interface.
12. If the Eligible Player has a bet placed on one of betting positions selected by the RNG –they will receive a share of the $500 bonus round prize. The prize is shared equally among all the winners of that bonus round. Having an active bet on more than one of the betting positions selected by the RNG system will not change the share of the prize which will be won (and which will only depend on the number of winning players).

Prizes Specific Conditions

15. All prizes will appear in USD ($). Winners will be paid their share of the prize according to the currency of their account, in accordance with the exchange rate applicable on the day of payment. The Promoter bears no responsibility for the applicable exchange rates or conversion rates.
16. Winners will receive a winning notification message at the end of the bonus round. Prizes will be credited within 72 hours of winning.
17. All prizes will be credited as a non-deposit bonus with no wagering restrictions which must be accepted by the Eligible Player.
18. The Non-Deposit Bonus will be available to accept in the ‘Casino Bonus’ section of the Eligible Player’s Website account for 48 hours (the “Time Limit”). Failure to claim the Non-Deposit Bonus within the Time Limit will result in the bonus expiring and not being re-issued.
19. Once accepted within the Time Limit, the value of the Non-Deposit Bonus will then transfer to the ‘Cash Balance’ of an Eligible Player’s Website account.

General:

20. Where the Promoter suspects that a winning player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
