HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION

• To participate in this Promotion an Eligible Player must:
  • access the McLaren F1 Team Slots Tournament Lobby;
  • opt in to the relevant Slot Tournament (once per Eligible Player per Slots Tournament (defined below));
  • launch the Tournament Game (defined below) from the McLaren F1 Team Slots Tournament Lobby; and
  • play the 25 Tournament Spins (defined below) in the Slot Tournament within the Tournament Duration (defined below).
• The opt in period for the Slot Tournament will open as soon as the Tournament Game is visible to Eligible Players on the schedule (which can be found here) and close 10 minutes before end of the Tournament Duration.
• Eligible Players that enter the Slot Tournament will all have an equal amount of Tournament Spins, of equal value.
• Eligible Players will collect points from Tournament Spins and will be entered on the leaderboard.
• Eligible Players who rank on the leaderboard will receive a reward.

SLOT TOURNAMENTS MECHANICS

• Slot tournaments will be held from 00:01 – 23:59 (CET) every day during the Promotional Period (the “Slot Tournament”).
• Each Slot Tournament will last for 24 hours (the “Tournament Duration”). It is not a requirement for an Eligible Player to remain in relevant the Tournament Game for the whole Tournament Duration. The Eligible Player must however use at least one Tournament Spins within this time. 
• Each Slot Tournament will be for a specific slot game (the “Tournament Game”) in which a maximum of 25 spins will be allocated for every participating Eligible Player (the “Tournament Spins”).
• Each Tournament Spin displays a bet value of £1.00. This is solely a token and has no value either cash or otherwise.
• A winning outcome derived from any Tournament Spin will display winnings. The winnings are only for visual purposes only to show a ‘win’. Any winnings displayed hold no value either as cash or otherwise and cannot be withdrawn.
• Eligible Players must play through their Tournament Spins to collect points to gain a ranking on the leaderboard.
• Only Tournament Spins played within the Tournament Duration will accumulate points.
• The result of each Tournament Spin will determine the points collected by the Eligible Player.
• Points are collected only in three ways:
  • Any loss;
  • Any wins; and
  • Boosted points for multiplier wins.
• Points will be awarded in the following way:

• If the outcome of a Tournament Spin qualifies for more than one set of points, the Eligible Player will be awarded for the outcome with the highest value of points. For example, if an Eligible Player wins in a bonus round and the value is 10x the bet unit, the player will get 25 points. Please note that the Eligible Player will not receive an additional 3 points for the Tournament Spin that resulted in a win.
• The Tournament Game will display to the Eligible Player, in real time, their accumulated points plus their rank on the leaderboard. The leaderboard and Eligible Players’ rankings are only finalised at the end of the Slot Tournament once the Tournament Duration has expired.
• Eligible Players must play with the Tournament Spins otherwise they will not be awarded points. Eligible Players playing with real money instead of the Tournament Spins will not be awarded any points.
• An Eligible Player can return to real money play at any time by clicking on the ‘Play For Real’ button. Real money bets will not contribute to the points accumulation.
• Please note any progress on any Jackpot trail in Tournament mode will not transfer over to real play.
• If the participating Eligible Player leaves or is disconnected from the Slot Tournament, the Eligible Player will be able to resume play by re-entering from the Slot Tournaments page to continue to use their remaining Tournament Spins, as long as the Tournament Duration has not ended.
• If the Slot Tournament finishes while an Eligible Player is in-game the participating Eligible Player will be notified via an in-game message.
• If Eligible Players are in the middle of an unfinished Tournament Spin once the Tournament Duration has ended, the Tournament Spin will complete but the participating Eligible Player will not collect points for that particular Tournament Spin.
• If an Eligible Player does not use all the Tournament Spins within the Tournament Duration, the remaining Tournament Spins will be forfeited and will not be re-issued.
• Eligible Players could hit a bonus or free spins round within their Tournament Spins. If the Eligible Player has not completed their bonus or free spin rounds within the Tournament Duration, points for the bonus and/or free spins round will not be collected.
• Eligible Players that are still in the relevant Tournament Game (real or free mode) will receive a pop-up at the end of the Slot Tournament Duration confirming their finishing position on the leaderboard.
• If the Eligible player is not in-game when the Slot Tournament finishes, they will need to return to the Slots Tournaments page ‘See Your Results’ to confirm their leaderboard ranking.
• The leaderboard will reset after each Slot Tournament.
• The ranking positions to be paid out will be detailed on the Slots Tournament Lobby.
• At the end of each Slot Tournament, participating Eligible Players who have gained a ranking in the leaderboard will receive a reward.

REWARDS SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Rewards available are cash rewards. In addition to the cash rewards, the top 8 ranking participating Eligible Players on the leaderboard for each Slot Tournament will also be invited to the McLaren F1 Team Free to Play Final Slot Tournament (specific terms and conditions detailed below).
• Winning Eligible Players will receive an inbox message at the end of the Slot Tournament giving full details and the value of their reward.
• Cash rewards carry no wagering requirements and will be credited to the participating Eligible Players’ Website accounts automatically within an hour of the Slot Tournament ending. In the event of any technical difficulties, the rewards will be credited within 24 hours from the end of the relevant Slot Tournament. 
• Maximum cash reward available per Slot Tournament is $50.00.
• Minimum cash reward available per Slot Tournament is $1.00.

* all cash rewards detailed in $ will be paid equivalent in £ or € according to currency of the Eligible Player’s Website account.

MCLAREN F1 TEAM FREE TO PLAY FINAL SLOT TOURNAMENT SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

• Eligible Players who have ranked top 8 in any of the Slots Tournament leaderboards will be invited to the McLaren F1 Team Free to Play Final Slots Tournament (the “McLaren F1 Team Final Slot Tournament”).
• Eligible Players can participate every day during the Promotional Period in the daily Slots Tournaments but can only get maximum 1 entry for the McLaren F1 Team Final Slots Tournament throughout the Promotional Period.
• If an Eligible Player qualifies for the McLaren F1 Team Final Slots Tournament once, the second time the same Eligible Player qualifies for the McLaren F1 Team Final Slots Tournament, the next player on the leaderboard will receive the invitation for the McLaren F1 Team Final Slots Tournament. For example: Player A finishes in first position in day 1 and in third position in day 10. In this case, player A will get cash prize from both days and one invite for the final tournament, and player ending in 9th position in day 10 will get the entry.
• Should more than one Eligible Player complete a Slot Tournaments with the same number of points, to rank in the top 8 and win the McLaren Fan Experience, the Eligible Player that opted in earlier will qualify for the entry into the McLaren F1 Team Final Slot Tournament or win the top prize in the final tournament.
• The McLaren F1 Team Final Slot Tournament will be a unique tournament that will take place between 3 December 2021 00:01 (CET) and 5 December 2021 23:39 (CET) (the “Duration”)
• Participation in the McLaren F1 Team Final Slot Tournament is for the invited Eligible Players. Invited Eligible Players must:
  • opt in to the McLaren F1 Team Final Slot Tournament at least 10 minutes before the end of the Duration;
  • launch the Tournament Game; and/or
  • play their 50 Tournament Spins in the McLaren F1 Team Final Slot Tournament within the Tournament Duration.
• The McLaren F1 Team Final Slot Tournament has the same mechanics as detailed in terms 13-35 with the exception of the following:
  • Tournament Spins - a maximum of 50 spins will be allocated for every invited Eligible Player; and
  • only the top 120 rankings will receive a pay out with guaranteed rewards in accordance with the below final reward pool.
• Pay out to the top 120 invited Eligible Players will be in accordance with the following final reward pool:

• Cash rewards from the McLaren F1 Team Final Slot Tournament carry no wagering requirements and will be credited to Eligible Players’ Website accounts automatically within an hour of the McLaren F1 Team Slot Tournament ending. In the event of any technical difficulties, the rewards will be credited within 24 hours of the McLaren F1 Team Slot Tournament ending.
• The winner of the McLaren F1 Team Final Slot Tournament will receive the Top Prize which consists of:
  • A personal phone call from Daniel Ricciardo from Abu Dhabi to celebrate the end of the F1 season; and
  • A McLaren F1 Team goodie bag, containing the following items:
    • a McLaren F1 Team hoody;
    • a McLaren F1 Team sport bottle;
    • a McLaren F1 Team lanyard;
    • a McLaren F1 Team track jacket;
    • a McLaren F1 Team t-shirt; and
    • a McLaren F1 Team Daniel Ricciardo Polo Shirt;
• The winner of the McLaren F1 Team Final Slot Tournament will be contacted by email using the email address detailed on their Website account (a “Winning Notification”) within five (5) days of the being selected.
• The Winning Notification will give full details of the Top Prize, including the date and time of the personal phone call from Daniel Ricciardo.
• The winner of the McLaren F1 Team Final Slot Tournament will need to respond to the Winning Notification within five (5) days of receiving it to confirm acceptance of the Top Prize, confirm their contact details and any other relevant details necessary in order for the winner to receive the Top Prize.
• It is the Eligible Players’ responsibility to ensure that the email address detailed on their Website account is correct. Failure to respond to the Winning Notification within five (5) days of receiving it may result in the forfeiting of the Top Prize.

TOP PRIZE SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

• The McLaren F1 Team goody bag will be delivered to the postal address provided by the winner after ID and age verification checks for the winner are passed successfully. The Promoter is not liable for any tax or import fees relating to the shipping of the McLaren F1 Team goody bag to the jurisdiction of the winner. Any tax or import fees applicable must be paid on a local basis by the winner.
• The Promoter will use its reasonable efforts to ensure the McLaren F1 Team goody bag is delivered to the winner within 30 days from the date the winner accepts the Top Prize.
• Personal phone call from Daniel Ricciardo will be after the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix which takes places on the weekend of 10^th-12^th December 2021. The exact date and time will be confirmed within the Winning Notification. 
• The personal phone call from Daniel Ricciardo will be administered by the McLaren F1 Team. They will contact the winner on the telephone number provided by the winner in response to the Winning Notification and then connect the call to Daniel Ricciardo. 
• It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure that the postal address and telephone number they provide for administering the Top Prize are both accurate.
• The winner will be required to satisfy any age, ID verification, responsible gambling or other checks that are required, prior to receiving the Top Prize, in order to ensure the Top Prize is administered fairly and responsibly. The winner may be required to provide additional information and documentation in order to satisfy such checks. Any failure to provide such information or documents, or to satisfy such checks when requested by the Promoter may result in the winner forfeiting the Top Prize.
• In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Top Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value.
• The winner may be disqualified and deemed to have forfeited the Top Prize if:
  • the winner does not respond to the Winning Notification from the Promoter within five (5) days of receiving the Winning Notification; and
  • the winner has failed to satisfy the age, ID verification or any other checks required by the Promoter within five (5) days of this information being requested.
• There is no cash alternative for this Top Prize.

DATA PROTECTION

• By participating in the Promotion, Eligible Players acknowledge and accept the use of personal data by the Promoter according to these Terms and Conditions and the partypoker .
• Eligible Players who have collected enough points to reach the leaderboard, will have their usernames displayed on the leaderboard rankings table. By participating in this Promotion, you acknowledge that your username may be listed on this leaderboard.
• The McLaren F1 Team Final Slot Tournament winner’s personal data shall be shared with the McLaren F1 Team for the Top Prize distribution purposes. The processing of personal data from the McLaren F1 Team shall be governed by the McLaren Privacy Notice.
• An Eligible Player’s personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with current Data Protection legislation*.
• Eligible Players acknowledge that winner’s first name and county shall be published on the Promoter’s website(s) or made available to the public across Social Media channels. Should the winner not want to have their first name and/or county published on the Promoter’s website/s or made available to the public across Social Media channels, the winner should notify the Promoter as soon as possible at dataprotection@entaingroup.com.
• Eligible Players can exercise their data privacy rights and/or withdraw from the Promotion at any time by contacting dataprotection@entaingroup.com.

*Data Protection legislation means the UK GDPR and the relevant national privacy laws/ the GDPR and the relevant national privacy laws. 

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

• Eligible Players who receive cash rewards from any of the Slot Tournaments outlined in this Promotion, can withdraw their winnings from their Website account but in order to do so, the Website account must be fully verified.
• The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from its offers or promotions under the General Website Terms & Conditions.
• The Promoter may place restrictions on any player’s account, including deposit restrictions, in order to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions affect a player’s ability to complete the requirements of the Promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
• The Promoter reserves the right to change or end any Promotion at any time, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons.
• Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
• The Promoter shall not be held responsible for the failure to fulfil the obligations of any third parties involved in this Promotion, although the Promoter will endeavour to minimise the effect to the Eligible Player of any such failure.
